Dana Bye is a lifelong resident of Wyandotte County, a graduate of Bishop Ward High School and serves as the Bonding Company Coordinator for the 29^th Judicial Court of Wyandotte County, Kansas.

Dana is a Past Commissioner on the Unified Government of Wyandotte County’s Ethics Commission.  She is currently Past President-Elect for the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Melton Peacekeepers Civitan Club, a charitable organization whose mission is to assure that police officers killed in the line of duty and military veterans are never forgotten and that their families and loved ones are supported.  She is also the current Vice President of the Board of Directors for Northridge at Piper Estates Homes Association, Inc.

Dana has fond memories of times spent in Wyandotte County parks during her growing-up years. She now wants to make sure County parks are accessible to people of all abilities, especially children.
